On Tuesday, April 19, 2017, Grace Pesselato and Megan Whitlatch celebrated Earth Day by participating in the Penn State DuBois Green Team and the Wildlife Society's Annual Earth Day Celebration.  More than 20 vendors shared earth-friendly information.  The exhibits were from local organizations and consisted of educational workshops on gardening and other topics related to protecting our environment.

Using the Enviroscape, Grace and Megan demonstrated how stormwater runoff can carry pollutants through the watershed to a pond, lake or stream.  They also showed best management practices to prevent this type of pollution from occuring.

We hope you will make every day Earth Day!
